Hi and thank you for your interest.  My name is Doug Walda and I am the owner of National 1 Professional Cleaning Services located in Rome, New York.  

My drive and work ethic are what has provided me with the tools to achieve success in the industry.  I believe that hands on personal attention to detail is a crucial component in providing quality service.  

Most evenings I can be found on my accounts working right along with my staff.  I am certain that this approach is the key reason for the longevity of National 1 Professional Cleaning Services.  

As the owner and operator of this commercial cleaning business, it is my reputation that is at stake.    I recognize the value of word of mouth and the strength of harnessing the power of the people.   My reputation within my community is one of my most valued business assets.
